Access to our website and services

You should be able to understand our work, explore our services and contact Brawnd without unnecessary barriers. We consider accessibility in the website’s structure, content and interactive features, and welcome reports of anything that makes those tasks difficult.

Design and interaction

Our accessibility work focuses on clear headings, readable content, labelled form controls, keyboard operation, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. We use text alternatives for meaningful images and treat decorative visuals separately from page content.

The website includes animation and a custom cursor for mouse users. Reduced motion settings are supported in its animation features, and the custom cursor is disabled for keyboard interaction, touch input and forced colour modes. Voice input is optional; you can type your question or contact us directly.

Standards and current limitations

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 inform our accessibility work. We have not established a sitewide conformance level through a complete accessibility audit, so this statement does not claim full WCAG conformance.

Animated sections, interactive tools and external booking or messaging services may present barriers in some browser and assistive technology combinations. External services have their own interfaces and accessibility arrangements. If a feature prevents you from completing a task, contact us for another way to proceed.
