Our approach

Brawnd wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is part of good web design, not a badge we want to claim without evidence. We therefore use recognised accessibility guidance as a reference point and continue to improve the site as it evolves.

What we work toward

Our design and development approach aims to support:

  • clear page structure and meaningful headings;
  • keyboard access to important interactive controls;
  • readable type, responsive layouts and reasonable colour contrast;
  • visible focus states where interactive elements receive keyboard focus;
  • alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate;
  • reduced-motion preferences for visitors who request less animation; and
  • forms and controls that are understandable and operable across common devices.

Standards and ongoing work

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference when reviewing the site. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party component has been independently audited or achieves a particular conformance level. Accessibility is an ongoing process, especially as content, browser behaviour and external tools change.

Third-party features

Some parts of the experience may be supplied by third parties, such as chat or embedded services. We may not control every aspect of those interfaces. Where a third-party feature creates an accessibility problem, we welcome the feedback and will consider a reasonable alternative or improvement where we can.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on brawnd.com is difficult to use because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us through the website. Tell us which page or feature caused the problem and, if you are comfortable doing so, what browser, device or assistive technology you were using. That detail can help us investigate.

We will keep improving

As Brawnd adds new pages, case studies and interactive features, we will continue to consider accessibility during design, development and review.
